Open Connect ISP partners with embedded Open Connect Appliances (OCAs) can use the Open Connect Partner Portal to do some basic monitoring of the appliances in their network and some other administrative tasks. Only authorized users can use the portal.
The Open Connect Partner Portal can be accessed by authorized users at https://my.oc.netflix.com.
Note: The portal is tested on the following browsers:
- Mozilla Firefox
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 9 or later
The Partner Portal is always evolving to meet the needs of our ISP partners. If you have feedback about the portal, including bug reports or feature requests, you can submit it via the link at the bottom of the navigation panel:
When you submit your feedback, make sure to note the version of the Partner Portal you are using, which is displayed next to the Feedback link.
